What We Offer
Healing Circles & Holistic Workshops
We host a rotating series of talks, workshops, and consulting sessions—all designed to support patients, caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals in navigating the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of end-of-life care.
Led by Eva, each session is grounded in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where participants receive trusted guidance, community resources, and tools to engage in meaningful conversations about life, death, and legacy.

Our Community Outreach
We partner with local and national organizations to bring culturally competent end-of-life education to Spanish-speaking communities—making conversations about death more accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all.
Through collaborative events and advocacy, we work to reduce the stigma surrounding death and equip underserved communities with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their care.
Our Story
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in health coordination and community service. But it was the devastating loss of my brother Humberto—who suffered due to systemic inequities in end-of-life care—that turned my grief into purpose.
His story became the catalyst for The DreamCatcher Circle, and my life’s mission to ensure no one is left behind in their final moments.
As a bilingual health professional, I’m passionate about educating Spanish-speaking communities in their native language, advocating for equitable care, and honoring the cultural traditions that shape our understanding of death and dying.
Our Impact
Over the past four years, we’ve:
Organized 30+ educational events across San Diego and Tijuana
Launched the first Binational Workshop on Advance Medical Planning & Death in partnership with Compassion & Choices and Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (U.A.B.C.)
Been proudly featured in the Official Calendar of the World Design Capital San Diego–Tijuana 2024
